the app on my xbox 360 sits in the loading screen forever... ive already deleted the app and re-downloaded it again and shut off my internet

Are you 100% sure that you deleted ALLof the netflix saves on your hard-drive?
I have seen corrupt save files from netflix as well so make sure you delete the app and all files!!
