I found mine driving around by the arena and I found one on the trails of mount chiliad just sitting there. Good luck with finding one though. If there is a dupe glitch I can dupe it to you

thanks guys i havent found it but ill keep looking! And i dont think thers a dupe glitch yet i know theres a money glitch but it doesnt bypass the 45 min wait
