It's very simple, all I need is three players.
Once I invite you and start the game, all you have to do is stand still in your position and you'll start getting random RP.
After the mission ends, it will say you earned 100RP but it's not really 100RP, you've earned around 1000RP, the 100RP is just a bonus to the 1000.
No mic is needed.
I won't be talking because I'm already in an xbox live party.
