Thanks Man, That Fixed The Problem. All I Needed To Do Was Turn It Off In The Task Manager. Not Sure If Its A Permanent Fix But It Will Do

Go to extensions and remove supra savings.
Go to control panel and search for "supra savings" uninstall it.
Go to program files > and look for the super savings folder and delete it.
