i downloaded this patch Archives/t=4292063/cod4-hawkins-v...-xbox.html and I'm doing everything it says i know how to load up mod menus i do it all the time but this one loads up and says who made the patch on the bottom left.and the instructions say to press dpad up 2 times to open mod menu but i do that and the game restarts with no menu or anything please someone help me get this working
