I'm told that this mission is what triggers the crates to drop.
I don't know what's wrong with my game, but I'm level 117 and have yet to ever receive a mission from Trevor. I've gotten a couple crates around the time the game came out, but I realized that I haven't seen a crate in awhile and maybe it's because I never did this mission.
