need a default_mp.xex that will load quarantine.dll for mw2 tu8

Rename [quarantine.dll] to [dll_load.dll]

Use any tu8 patched default_mp.xex

Ohh and by the way when the game loads and you see the countdown hit LB+RB at the same time to start the gametype
