Hey there TTG, I know it's a noob question, but I'm still settling down with my RGH. So my question is, if you could possibly connect, for example MW3 Private Tool, thru FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and actually run it? If anyone tried it before then please let me know. I know that you run tools thru Xbox 360 Neighbourhood, but could you do it that way? Thanks

No, you cannot.

Why not use Neighbourhood? It is easy to setup.

Here is a tutorial: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Hey, thanks. Yeah I could use it, but it's huge in size and because my internet is slow, it would take long to download.

I see.

But I personally think it is worth waiting

I would start downloading now and do something while you wait

FTP only allows file transfers

neighborhood in theory talks to your xbox through xrpc or jrpc which allows real time modding

and its only around gig the internet speeds these days will have it downloaded in a few minutes

Yeah, I start downloading whenever I feel like waiting ha.

Also while we're here, do you know if I'm correct. Whenever I try to set up Dash Launch and going to choose something to launch it freezes, eg. I want FSD to boot while I turn on my RGH, but when I choose default it freezes. So if I'm correct I need to wait for Dash Launch v3.13, because yes my RGH is at latest dash. Thanks

Sorry, but I do not quite get you.

Do you mean when you run a default.exe in FSD, it freezes your RGH?

No, it's nothing to with FSD, is the Dash Launch, I transer the v 3.12 onto usb, move it onto RGH HDD, then I follow tutorial from someone on youtube. So when I boot Dash Launch and try to choose something to boot, then RGH freezes. So I seen forums, but not quiet sure, they say when new dash update is out, you need to wait for the latest version of Dash Launch right? Don't worry if you don't know this.

Sorry, my bad. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Dashlaunch?
