I'm going to have to agree with Asymmetrical.

The blending isn't very good in my opinion.

I could say that generic youtube design '08 style is hard to do and to use them gfx packs is a tough gig but I would be lying.

This is just the same as the 500 others I have seen but with a different name there in the middle and logo mate, need to work on it.

I feel as if you made this from a tutorial, I feel I have seen this somewhere before.

However, maybe I'm just loosening my mind.

I don't tend to like 3D work or anything along those lines, but, this looks okay.

Try to make theme merge with the background, play with opacity, eraser, blur, RGB, Levels etc.
Looks so plain.
