this glowing paint is poping up everywhere i have a flashed xbox and iso mod forza 4 but everyone has the paint says its a glitch or a mod my friend did it and read off the paint settings and mine didnt glow so is it hex editing or iso modded the paint values id really like to know im running project underground v3 if that helps i looked everywhere on google and only found videos of the glowing paint so pm me if the people who know how to do it keep it on the low also im banned on forza so i cant accept car or tune setups thanks
