So my internet changes everytime I test it and my results are

Well the 15mbps dl isn't all that awful but your upload is horrible. Sorry to say.

I wouldn't say 15mpbs is that bad but if I had to say about your upload that isn't too good sorry to say.

If your download is 15 then its not bad but that upload is horrible

Your internet isn't that bad (not the best either) but your upload is atrocious.

Also, you internet reliability is pretty bad, it seems to jump around quite a bit.
