Haven't played MC for months lol. But i have a few ideas on what to add if you can build them that is Some are pretty complicated but im sure you can find some videos out there.

To add to your farm you can build a Auto gathering wheat machine, its pretty simple really its just a few piston(might need some sticky's) and a bucket. What it does is wash out all the wheat to your feet, its sort of a irrigation system.

Next you can make a XP farm(this will be harder then expected) would benefit with enchanting armor and weapons/tools. Also you can trade with villagers

Maybe a House defense system? I made one that dropped Mobs into a pit then crushed them till they died and dropped their items.

Maybe a Obsidian panic room!(if you have the pick for it) Just a thought
