Well, I know the usual gist of things so I'm not a full blown retard.
Everytime I try and install from my USB install of Windows 7 I get the error that it cannot create partition. This is the same USB I used to install W7 back a couple months when I finished my build and hasn't been changed until today when I've been troubleshooting.
I've done this:
Formated the SSD, I've also created a partition whilst installing and formatted that partition and still get the error message.
I've taken out everything that is inserted into my SATA ports other than the SSD and still no avail.
Changed boot orders, changed the interface in which SATA is using (IDE or AHCI(I think))
Anyone can swing any suggestions at me? I just tried going over my old hdd and it showed the same error so I'm reinstalling it on to my USB.

Try and install it again on another drive to eliminate it being the ssd, then if it works then you know its the ssd, if it doesnt work then you can assume its the USB.
try and make a bootable disc i found that's alot easier.
if not Download a program called "Acronis" and create and image of your current drive then make a bootable disc of "Acronis" boot into and select the Image you created earlier.
Hope this helps

Yeah I tried it on my other hdd and it didn't work.
I'll try this Acronis thing. Can you explain a little more on it please.
