Here's the answer to your question , go to the account you downloaded the DLC , go to Download history and redownload it again .

I think you guys don't see my problem here.

Simple.. if the account was not on it when you purchased then you just simply need to license transfer the content.

Ok, so when I go to Download history on my main account (The one I downloaded it on in the first place) it's there. But on my secondary account it's not.

ok go to your secondary account and go on ghost and go to the map packs and purchase them. they'll be free since you purchased the season pass on your second account redownload them and then go to your download history on your second account and the map packs will be there

No I didn't purchase them on my secondary account.
I purchased them on my Primary account.

And it's for BO2.

Anyone? Please? I really need this.
