Hey TTG its been awhile,

I need to know if my shop idea is a good or bad idea and I have a few questions that go along with making it also.

Me and my friends idea was to make a modified Xbox controller shop. We would mod controllers with Mod Chips bought online that include up to 100 different modes depending on the mod chip we installed.

We would be able to change the LED lights in the controller, change or paint the shell, or other look wise customizations requested.

I see many JTAG shops out there but I haven't seen on especially for Controllers. I can also do PS3 controllers at some point (requires practice).

However, before my shop is opened I need some questions answered and if you could answer them that would be awesome.

Q1: The mod chips installed ARE NOT created by me. I purchase them from a Company I am not affiliated with and I would not take credit. Could I get in trouble for not using there permission even if I purchased them specifically for this reason?

Q2: Would there be a decently big market for my items?

Q3: Would it be a cool shop to be added to TTG?

Thanks for taking the time and reading this guys! If you can answer my questions it would be awesome. Thanks! <3

Its a great ides to start selling modded controllers!

1.)Unless you take credit for them there shouldn't be any problem. (I would suggest just to put the companies name somewhere by your product just to be sure though.
2.)There's a huge market on Ebay, so why can't there be a big market here? Make a poll that asks who would buy a modded controller from here, but dont make them overly expensive:)
3.)In my opinion yes, it'd be a great shop! I would ask around a little more though because I'm a little biased with my 4 modded controllers. And if your price isn't too high and you wouldn't mind, I'd love to do the honors of being your first customer:D

Also, if I help don't forget to drop a like;)/thank

Good luck Beck!

1. No
2. Potentially
3. Mixed opinions

Why?

You should not need to give credit to the company as long as you are not making it clear that their product is being used. Secondly, it depends on how many people are looking to get a modified controller, if the demand is high then I would go ahead and say create a shop, but if the demand is low then you should probably pass and potentially just do a few here and there on eBay. Lastly, a shop dedicated to controllers, it would be a fairly good idea but it depends on would it be worth while due to the amount of customers.

Good luck wih your decision / outcome.
