Not exactly true. I have a RGH 1.0 Jasper and it boots instantly no matter what.

Get yourself a RGH i do recommend them and you can pick them up fairly cheap if you know the right person.

JTAG has fast boot times
R-JTAG has the fastest I believe (but not all too easy to get hold of)

As KillTrippy mentioned the "RGH 1.0" also has fast boot times..
But there is also an "RGH 2.0" which has the slowest boot times,
although, strangely this is the exploit I would recommend!
The reason being that I prefer to have a more stable, reliable console like the Trinity (less prone to crashing/ overheating) over a console with faster boot times!
And both slim consoles (trinity and corona MB) can only be exploited with the "RGH 2.0" chip!

i would recomend getting a freeboot(jtag) there better im my opinion and they have the fastest boot times and there cheaper than a RGH

I know nothing about the R-JTAG and I was purely just going on what someone else had told me!
However all of the other information I have provided I know is correct!
If you buy an RGH then the RGH 1.0 has faster boot times.
Everyone has their own preference.. To be honest they all are pretty similar and all have pro's and con's.

Wouldn't say that an Opus JTAG is better than a xenon or zephyr
