My friend wanted a Pc build for 1300 with windows and i made this for him [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . and thought and improvements on it before he buys it.

Not bad at all Nade ;)

Either change the 4690 to a 4690k or change the Z97 board to a H97 board.

Other than that it looks all good to me. Good job.

I'd change the 780 to a Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X 4GB, It's a lot cheaper but also faster than the 780. The Tri -X Cooling is really good.

I'd change the 4690 to the 4690K.

You'll have enough money to get an aftermarket cooler aswell here:

but the thing is the build not going to overclock could you recommend a H97.

As he isn't overclocking, any H97 will do as you don't need to worry about power delivery as much or adequate heatsinks.
