Title says it all, it would be great if you can help me This is the xbox slim
I have been looking at youtube videos and i know that there is a way that if you cut the blue wire or something on the fan it increases the speed (Thats not the exact way but something like that). But when i heard there xbox the noise is a lot louder.
Im just wondering if anyone knows if it is worth it and no i cant buy a fan or cooler whatever
My xbox slim is already being opened up anyway to clean it

On a slim, i never seen a reason too. Small size chip, creates far less heat vs a falcon or xenon. Now if you have one of those, i would do a 12v fan mod. It will help your console last a little longer, but it won't prevent rrod
