The thing about call of duty is that the formula still works. They make the same game year in and year out, so people are at ease with what they're getting. Essentially you can pick up a controller and get right into it.
My biggest gripe is when the games are hacked and they don't fix a thing. MW2 was a hacked mess and I absolutely hated IW for it. MW3 was a major improvement because it wasn't a total mess like MW2 was, it played great and was fun. Black Ops was also great, but I feel it started to get even worse with Black ops 2 and Ghosts.
Advanced War-fighter is being made by sledgehammer games. IW and Treyarch are not going to have their hands on it. So this could potentially be something a bit different.
Anyways, the main hate is that the series doesn't change much, and I understand that, but what's the point in changing something that clearly works?

I'm excited for this game, I don't understand why people always hate on the game before it's even out. They haven't played it so how would they no if it sucks? Just by watching the trailer for it? You would have to actually play the game to decide if you like it or not.

xsuperxsmashx wrote Everyone trying to defend this game probably had ghosts as their first cod game lol!
That statement makes no sense. I have all of the COD games and all of them are good in their own way including ghosts. Obviously games have flaws, but thats normal. Does not mean the game is bad. I dont get why everybody hates ghosts and AW.

I agree with the OP, I think players should wait until they release it, and actually play it before they give their feedback, watching a video and playing it is two completely different things.

Everyone hating on it because it doesn't look like a Call of Duty. Ghost and Advance warfare look more like halo/titain fall then real cod games

I have lost interest in Cod since ghosts came out, i mean its too futuristic and i'd rather have like nowday stuff, like afghanistan stuff, or maybe WW1 stuff in view of both sides

The reason people dont like cod now is because well, look at the past cods and how they are treated. The devs leave the old ones to support the new ones that are not as good.
They made their bed and now have to sleep in it, one day they will realize that everyone likes certain cods and hire groups to start developing for those specifically.

Yoke wrote Well most players (including me) want Treyarch and IW to go to back and make less futuristic games like Cod 4 & 5. Afvanced Warfare is sating to look like Titanfall for gods sake...The fact that AW was in development 3 years before Titanfall was announced. :|
