I've had 3 friends buy RGH's expecting it to be easy, and they ended up giving up and selling them. Only one of them is still around modding today.

If you're willing to learn, and get through the bad times of having one, you'll do just fine.


Dont say it if you havent had any experience. If you want help with anything pm your skype or Instant messenger name and i can get you set up with everything/website's your going to need to be on your way too modding

TBH hosting is a waste of time unless you get people to pay you and nobody really does anymore. Thats why I gave up on hosting but saying that I might be buying 2 new kv's tomorrow so you never know.

Imma do what it takes I spent 160 and im gonna do what it takes to be good


Honestly, you should just return it.

Buying a RGH/JTAG just to host modded lobbies is pointless, people these days just buys RGH/JTAGs just to host, I use mine to play free games and play LiNK with other people.

Then when I'm bored, I go online.


Sorry, but I hate people like you. "Don't buy one if your just going to host online." I did that, now I can decently code, and I use it often now for the other options it gives. I bought one then learned what it could do. It also got me into RGH'ing my own consoles. I barely host anymore, but I still always use my JTAG. All the options I have now learned are awesome. Don't judge and say its pointless for someone to buy one because of wanting it to host - because that is why over 70% of people bought one. Urgh.

Only bad thing is Bricking the console and how much it costs to bring it online, besides that, most of the other stuff is free such as games ;).

To be honest if it comes with everything than patches will not be a problem the problem is blowing money on KV's and XBLS.
