Does anybody know what this Metro 24/7 400% stuff is? is it like 400% XP boost or what?

400% more tickets and objective points. Which means basically its four times as much playing time as a regular 100% match.

It means that it is a custom server where Operation Metro is the only map played and the ticket count is 400% instead of the default 100%.

It basically means that the games last longer than normal. A lot of people play it to rank up quickly.
