The false 9 is based on the CF.
Neymar is similar to messi and can play the role well.
Neymar will be used to pass, dribble and shoot.

The key to winning with this formation is passing.
Keep the ball, work it around midfield with the CF and CM/CDMs. The wingers will act as strikers since they will be making runs infront of the CF.
If you abuse lob through balls this formation wont work.

There you go, the standard 433 is pretty basic.
Suits all types of play, possession, counters, lob through balls.

I've used Neymar is this formation in a Brazil team and it worked well.

You can use any LW from La Liga, I just prefer Villa, but there are other options if you need some more pace since the midfield lacks pace.
Midfield pace shouldnt worry you,
Iniesta is a fantastic playmaker,
Busquets (can change for Song) is just a brute, he is tall and he is there to break up the opponents attacks and tackle.
Schweistieger is a combination of both. Bomb up and down the pitch, play passes and work well both ways.

It is decent but the formation is very bland.
