Yes i say just do missions its the
easiest way to level up get your friends
to host high rp and money pay out missions like rooftop rumble etc. if they cant just do regular missions
and you should level up decently fast depends on how
long your willing to play the game for.

Grind Missions. Races with a high level as host and a lot of players also pays well and gives a good amount for winning
