If you hotswap your xbox without opening it,
if you can get console banned for hosting waw lobbies or just having a hotswapped xbox?

A hotswapped xbox is a normal xbox so not in that sense , but because the WAW Disc your using is modified then i guess you can , yes.

I Dont think you can get banned because you haven't modified the console itself
