Remember the beer hats? Well now the special clothing items are Radio station t-shirts.
Here's how you can get them.

Steps:
1. From single player go to Online>Choose Character.
2. Make a new secondary Female Character, and skip the tutorial.
3. Swap Character to main Male character
4. Swap character back to your secondary Female character, now you should be able to change your appearance.
5. Sign out of PSN. For xbox disconnect from online.
6. Once back in single player, go to online and Select "Choose Character".
7. Choose main Male character, at which point you can change the gender to Female. You should now have two female characters.
Go check if you have them. If you don't, just go to any clothing store and buy all the tops and scarfs for your character.
Once that's done, follow the same steps to change your character back to a male.
