i bought an RGH (Jasper) and it doesnt read disks just says play DVD can i put a new drive in? or will it affect jtag in anyway?

Just buy a new laser lens for your type of Dvd drive.

dont think its the laser tbh i think the drive is makin disks stick

Well you'd have to flash a new dvd key to the nand image. Before you get into that there something that you can check real quick. You have to open your xbox though. Your laser might be untuned. If you're interested I can walk you through it. Just Pm me.
