Do you have the XRPC.xex, JRPC.xex, and xbdm.xex plugins set on dashlaunch? The XRPC.xex may need to be downloaded from the tool.

The tool only gives me
JRPC.xex
JRPC.dll
xdevkit.dll
DevComponents.DotNetBar2.dll
