Of course its repetitive, its the same game ever year with new features to help people that can't play the game lol..

Personally im a huge fan of Zombies so I don't have a problem with that, where as Infinity Ward should just go back to their roots and think back to the successful days..

I completely agree with this. I've been a huge fan of the Call of Duty series since CoD 4 but its definitely dying. I can confidently say from what I have seen of "Advanced Warfare" I will not be purchasing it. Just the pre-order bonus the "Advanced Arsenal" disappoints me to see what Call of Duty is coming to.

I find zombies to be the best feature, CoD is just boring when dealing with multiplayer.

Multiplayer - Pretty much the same on all Call of Duties, just a few additional guns and perks.

Zombies - Treyarch comes out with new map packs, that aren't too good, while on the other hand, Infinity Ward tries to keep up with Treyarch and puts in "Extinction", which is probably what's gonna happen in the next Call of Duty.

Do you guys think Call of Duty is becoming repetitive?
It's a game franchise. You can't really change the game too much or it drifts and loses the name Call of Duty. You know what is more repetitive? Games like Battlefield, FIFA, Madden, NBA, NHL, WWE, UFC. Every game in a series is going to be somewhat like the last.

People want Call of Duty to change but when it does they cry and complain that's not Call of Duty. IMO, I'll never get tired of Call of Duty because it's a must have game no matter how crappy it looks. Even if I hate it, I'll still play.

Its repetitive, but yet if they change any thing about the gameplay just a tiny bit its not going to be COD anymore. New guns, maps and characters is fine. But if they tweak the gameplay any more than they have from MW2 its just going to turn into Halo..

I understand what you're saying however. I think that Treyarch comes out with some amazing Zombies maps. There is only one map I have not liked from World at War, Black Ops, and Black Ops 2. That map being Die Shangri La on Black Ops.

I think advanced warfare will be the same as every other COD. No driving vehicles, that one gun that everyone uses, small maps.. I like the zombies though. That's the only thing they did right.

Call of duty repetitive......

Ok

They make games in the World War era....people want a change

They make games in the present/near future people want more future or World War era

They go futuristic people want present/world war era

One thing that people consistently want...Zombies.

Its repetitive because thats what people ask for.

You can't compare sports games to call of duty lol. They've done innovative things before. They just fail to do it now.
