how do you put a saved picture on ttg?

You could upload your picture to an image hosting website like imgur then do the code so it can be shown like this:

Depends on what you are asking. For avatars you must have the saved picture in an area you know of. Make sure it is 100 x 100.

Than you click this on your profile
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Now you click this
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

And then you wait for the TTG Staff to approve of the avatar.
