every time i open it it says "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
what should i do to fix this?

You should take a look at this thread -

Then either look for a solution on the main post or post your problem. Other people were having similar issues and a few people said to temporary disable your firewall then try running as admin.

Check you have the correct .NET Framework. I believe it needs 3.5.

If you have a anti virus try to disable it then run Horizon as admin.
If that still doesn't work this means you have the "Update loop" it is very simple to fix,
All you need to do is find these two folders called (Xenocode and XboxMB) to find them follow this,
Go to;
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local
Delete the folder called;
Xenocode and XboxMB
After those two folders are deleted run Horizon again and then post back with your results

i have .net framework 3.5.1 but it still isnt working and i deleted the folders
