Are you sure you fixed the bad flash? Does your console boot Xell?

If you can't boot into Xell then it will need to be flashed manually which requires soldering and a NAND flasher.

But, I know this sounds stupid but make sure all your HDMI/AV and power cables are plugged in correctly. I know it sounds stupid but the amount of times I have had my console turn on but then not turn on properly because the Power cable isn't plugged in.
