every time I play fifa, my defenders constantly sit quite high up the pitch. this is quite annoying as I dont have the paciest defence so when I come up against the likes of ronaldo, robben etc on the WC, I get caught out by counter attacks really easily, how can i make my defense sit back deeper?

I have torosidis,westermann and lescott all with medium attacking WRs and alberto moreno with a high attacking WR

there work rates are high probably there need to be medium or low !

i think its just WC in general they just play a high line, try playing on defencive
