word of advice DO NOT BUY A JTAG *no offense* you have no clue what your doing or how to operate one, if your asking about having a JTAG with just xex menu installed and nothing else, you will have to put the modified files and games on it yourself, it is against the rules to sell pre loaded HDD with a JTAG due to piracy issues

its no as simple you need a unbanned kv to get online, aswell as server time, you need to know or semi know what your doing or you will make yourself look stupid *no offense* and mods are not easy to obtain some games you use files and some use tools, some tools you have to pay for, its costly and sometimes annoying, im saving you money by telling you to not get one as you will probably brick it fast and get annoyed that you wasted money if you have friends that are modder's then ask them to mod stuff for you, i mod stuff for my friend all the time and when i have stealth he is my co host

Honestly it is that easy. They aren't that difficult to operate. You just have to have patience.
The best way to decide if you're cut out for it is watch some of these videos.
They show you everything you need know. Anything from Setting up xex menu, Installing games and mods,setting up to host, and connection online.

When the Xbox One got released they said they will continue to support the Xbox 360 for 6 years. So don't be worried about that. People will continue to play the older CoD games. Also, If you wan't to just get one to mod CoD that's fine. That's your business. (Honestly that's why Jtags grew in popularity) If you're serious about it, Get one.
