unlock all/master prestige lobby isn't possible it would have to be done by recovery which most likely will cost money.

The only way you could get this is if someone does a recovery for you, which requires them going on your account. I'm afraid recoveries are against the rules, but if you want, I'll make an account and give you the stats you want. Just quote or PM me and tell me a name if it's available you'd like on the account, along with the stats you'd want.
