Its messy and needs alot of work.

But its your first so obviously we aint expecting mind blowing levels.

Practice your line work and also the colouring

I'm not being spiteful or rude, but my honest opinion would be you can do better. (perhaps take more time with perfecting your work would be a good start)

The design itself is good but like the guy above said the line work and coloring isn't so good. Mostly the line work needs to be improved, I have no interest in doing GFX and I'm confident I could do straighter and more symmetrical looking lines than that.

Take it as constructive criticism, I'm only giving you my honest opinion; I wish you all the best in progressing your GFX skills.

That's a lot better than the first one you did.

As Asymmetrical suggested, I highly recommend using the pen tool considering you don't have a graphics tablet or anything of that nature, it will help a tonne

The little touches in there show promise.
You have put some shadows in, thats a great start.

Work on lines for a while, get them smoother.

Once you have done that, start on features, eyes, mouth and ears etc.
