If you check the other posts the Xbox One servers are currently down

There were a lot of issues with the servers yesterday and the majority of Xbox One users had issues signing into Xbox Live on their console.

On twitter microsoft said it is resolved now, for the xbox one users.

Give it a try now, but don't worry it is an error on there side.
