Well ive formatted my 2TB external hdd to fat32 and i copyied the disc onto the hdd via xex menu and it copys to it fine but when i start up the default.xex it has an error saying, cannot start this game or something along those lines, could anyone possibly help me?

Did you download the (title update) game update yourself.
Maybe you used the wrong TU.

No i just copied the game and tried to start it from the default.xex and i got the error

Your disk could be scratched. Try just running it normally (Play the game off the disk) and see if it works, if not, that's your problem.

Disk works fine man, it will boot up fine on a usb and my normal hdd but when I boot it up from my 2TB external hdd it has an error.

It's probably because the 2TB is too much memory... It takes a long time for my trinity to load up my 500gb hdd in dashlaunch, 2TB might be just too much memory in general.

But it shows up in xex menu as 18262GB and lets me install the game i want to know why i cant boot the game, as i said it boots fine on a 16GB usb

Obviously your HDD isn't being accepted. You're gonna have to cut your losses on this one. There really is nothing else to do. Some HDDs don't work with jtags. It's just the nature of the beast. There is a list of compatible HDDs that you can buy to make a xbox HDD. Thats is your best bet.
