I think that is just an avatar update. You have to add it to go online. If you are on 16756 then it SHOULD be safe to download it.

ive been had the system update my jtag does go online and doesnt ask me for nothing us to update while im sitting in a party just when i try and go on mw2 and then when i download it it keeps asking me to download it

That's a title update then. You have to install it. You could do it through XEX Menu by downloading it through the internet and placing it in the correct folder. Or you could chance it and download it online through xbox. You should be safe though.

i have done that also with FSD and trying to do it throught horizon and then putting it on my HDD like a regular xbox and then i tried doing it by puttingit in my cache folder and putting in my mw2 folder it would be best if u can get on skype and i hook my xbox to my HD PVR and screen share

What's your skype name? Putting it on the HDD shouldn't be an issue.

on skype just type in Attachings just the og name attachings and then it should say like faith little bill lol
