He didn't just break up a fight, he was also selling Untaxed cigarettes illegally and has been arrested 31 times.

This is so sad, a good man was just chocked to death by the police and certain users think its ok? is that how you would want people to see the situation, that's it's ok to be killed by men and women who swore to protect and serve? I think not and you should at least feel grief as that man was innocent and had a family.
