Level up in CT, have friend host a private match lobby, click on your playercard, have friend switch it to CT, then you can buy stuff according to your CT level, and use CT credits for your background and emblem.

I have been 14th prestige since the day the original CT prestige glitch was discovered, and I have used the CT emblem glitch many times, and have not been banned, or reset.
