Cut down on the amount of "junk" you eat everyday. Be sure to watch this, this is very important!
Now, depending on whether or not you want to cut back in weight a lot or just a little, I would start out by running or jogging for about 10 to 15 minutes each day. Let your legs and muscles get use to what you are doing. Then when you work the soreness out then you can begin doing sprints. In baseball I really cut fat off a ton by doing this method.
DAY 1
5 - 100 Yard Sprints
8 - 60 Yard Sprints
10 - 40 Yard Sprints
12 - 20 Yard Sprints
DAY 2
Flush Jog - 1 Mile(You will be sore)
DAY 3
3 - 100 yard shuttles
*rest*
3 - 100 yard shuttles
DAY 4
Flush Jog - 1 Mile (Yes, you will still be sore)
DAY 5
20 - 20 yard sprints
Saturday and Sundays* REST

Well I am very skinny I exercise, I lift, run, walk, have a limited diet and just try to keep fit
