RGH/Jtags are Online
and there is really no difference about a RGH or a Jtag mainly how the Mod is put onto the console and how the mod makes it so you can run unsigned code. RGH mean Reset Glitch Hack so there is really no difference accept Slims are all mostly RGH's. Phat consoles are RGH's R-Jtags and Jtags basically all the same thing.

What they mean is Jtags/RGHs Cant go online without stealth they mean that they are not capable of going online without the proper plugins

Stealth lasts as long as you pay for. Generally $10 a day. All JTAG/RGHs can go online, I'm online right now.

JTAGS and RGH's are both two sides of the same coin. Both achieve the same goal; to run homebrew. However, JTAGs are a more outdated exploit, as they can only be done on phat consoles, and require a low dashboard. RGH's on the other hand, can be done to pretty much any console, albeit having slower boot times. Yes, both RGH's and JTAG's can go online, with a service like Stealth, which costs about $15 a day. The main difference between slim and phat consoles is reliability. Phat consoles such as the Xenon, Zephyr, and Falcon are known to overheat easily, leading to RROD, however, not all phats are like this, for example, a Jasper has a low chance of RROD. Slim model; the Trinity and Corona have a 0.00001% chance of RROD, and are much more reliable.
