There are currently no free XUID spoofers for BO2 TU18. I'm not going to code one because C# sucks. He means $35-40 because most idiots charge for poorly assembled and [easy to crack] obfuscated tools. Link me to one for TU18 and I will deob and release it.

1. C# is simple.
2. There happens to be XUID spoofers released on TU18.
3. De4dot isn't gonna deob everything buddy. If the tool creator is smart, he won't use confuser or a poor obfuscator like that.

You can't create KV's although i heard on Devkits you can but those KV's won't work on JTAGs/RGH
