To change the icon to whatever you want it to be, Do the following:
1: Right click the file
2: Go down and click on "Properties"
3: It will say "Opens with" and then show whatever icon it is, but you will want to press "Change", then change it to whatever you want it to be.

Click browse and find WinRAR on your computer and click it. It will use that program to open all .bin files until you change the program.
