Try to think things thru.


1: Microsoft does NOT brick retail consoles, only Devkits/Testkits that have been using Partner Net without there permission.

2: its very rare that they do it.

Wow honestly that guy shouldn't be complaining. He knew the risks like we all do he should just accept the fact that he's banned and get on with life. I feel a bit of remorse for him though.
