Yeah am going put a I7 in this build, and run SLI on it plus that is the anniversary intel processor so it will perform really well. An its been overclocked it 4.9ghz stable at 4.8ghz. I will push it to at least 4ghz.

AMD's CPUs are fantastic. They offer so much for such a low cost. The only issue with AMD's FX series is how little upgrade choices you have. Intel's higher end CPU's are better than AMD's, granted. However, for a budget build an AMD CPU is usually a better option. Take my word for it, that CPU can not do a lot. I have a similar CPU and I hate it, as soon as my new build is done, I will burn my Pentium, it sucks. Yes, a Z97 chipset motherboard will be compatible with Broadwell but as far as we're aware so will the H97 chipset which can be had for less than the price of the mobo in your build. If you plan to upgrade GPU at Christmas anyway, then your best option would be an R9 270/R9 280 for the mean time.

H97 are not really a enthusiast mob Z97 better for what I do and are better boards.

Reason for the parts I have chosen, they give me a option to boot macintosh, I can switch that CPU out and put a i5 or i7 in it. WD Black series is like one of the best WD series really good hardrives.

750rm never had problems with the battery gonna be using alot of watts when I upgrade the parts. Ram I choice basic 8gb 1 stick 1600mhz lp not sure on the case yet.
