im assuming id have to do this quickly before the console restarts correct, because I cant get past the xbox logo without it restarting

it means your KV is banned most likely.
get a new one and try again.

if u want to go on your console offline, just turn on power then press eject tray button 1 sec after. then it will boot up to dash.

It was a publicly released program on Se7ensins and here on TheTechGame, so no, it won't. I don't know how to do that stuff, I'm more of a if it doesn't work I get mad and throw stuff kind of guy.
