Microsoft doesn't IP ban people. Nor does black ops 2. Get a better bypass. It obviously wasn't good if you got banned using it.

Once you are banned you are banned. Your bypass must must suck or you dont know how to use it. Also nothing is 100% safe when it comes to modding. Change your kv and make another profile. Like someone said before they can't IP ban you unless you're a huge threat or something. Other than that change your kv, new profile, and reset your modem/router.

Nobody IP bans because you can change it.... Thus unbanning you, and then there's no need for a keyvault. A keyvault comes from an Xbox 360 console, purchased from microsoft, which gives them money. In a sense, it would be financially and statistically idiotic for them to IP ban you. Console ban is the worst of the worst.
