There's a broadcast on the frequency of 4625.00Khz which starts out as a buzz (25 times a minute) then on very random days a Russian man can be heard saying names and numbers, note this broadcast has gone on for approximately 30years, one of the messages that could be heard was this,

"UVB-76, UVB-76-93 882 Naimina, 74 14 35 74-9 3 8 8 2 Nikolai, Anna, Ivan, Michail, Ivan, Nikolai, Anna, 7, 4, 1, 3, 5, 7, 4"

Also some of the other names heard have been Dmitry and Xenia again along with number.

there's alot of speculation as to what this is for someof them are a dead mans switch, Encrypted orders for Russian spys, Oders to get in position for world take over even the Russian sleep experiment.

Someone did triangulate on the signals position and it was in a military base but as soon as people started to find out the base was abandoned, all the wires torn out of the walls the only evidence of people being there was a not book left behind with names and numbers in it, but even after this the broadcast still continues from another location but to this day no one know who, where or what it's for.

Also there was a broadcast on the day Russia invaded Ukraine again with names and numbers this is why people wonder if this has anything to do with world domination.

Creepy huh? What do you guys think of this? If you would like to listen to some of the messages you can tune into the station or type UVB-76 into YouTube it's quite strange in my opinion.
