Are you building, or buying it pre built? Overall it looks good tho.
EDIT: I just noticed that motherboard is FM2 and that CPU is AM3+ so there not compatible, sorry for the miss understanding.

my budget is 720 no i dont need monitor or mouse or keyboard i just need the specs cause i was about to buy that but you said it wont match up i will use it for gaming and live stream maybe a little bit of editing

USD? GPB? Potatoes? Will you be willing to overclock your CPU? If you don't have a clue about overclocking, I wouldn't recommend it until you know what you're doing.

Glancing it over I noticed the mobo and cpu can't go together, and the power supply is a lot for what you have. Other then that it's a good build. Also you don't need 16gbs of ram
